Hot rolled coil is made of continuous casting slab or first rolled slab as raw material, heated by step heating furnace, descaled by high pressure water and entered into roughing mill, roughing material is cut head, tail, and then entered into finishing mill to implement computer controlled rolling, laminar cooling (computer controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine after the final rolling, to become straight coil. Hot rolled products have high strength, good toughness, easy processing and molding and good weldability, so they are widely used in construction, machinery, boilers, pressure vessels and other manufacturing industries.
